Nowdays it's hard to feel peace in busy, crowd place. Everyone always have something to do, and can't feel peace at same time. To obtain peace, we must let go all of our negative feelings. Negative feelings can absorb negative effect in our environment, that's why when we angry or crying sad can make our body so tired. Different from happy or positive feelings that make we enthusiastic or energic. So important to let it go something that not important to us. Let positive energy from outside come to our body, after that we can refresh our mind, and peace will gradually emerge from inside our body, straight to our mind and soul. This will be hard if we can't let go some feelings, like stress or angry to something/someone. So slowly we must understand what we want to do, to be in peace or always depend on negative side. Difficult is not mean we can't do it. The easy tip is don't think too hard, just do it.
